About Us

Wayne Thomas has taken a couple of years out from full-time lecturing, to concentrate on his passion, food. He's been a vegetarian for 22 years and for the entire 22 years he's been disappointed by the food served in restaurants. Six years ago, he discussed the possibility of opening a restaurant with his friend Tony Thomas. Tony had been in the catering trade years before, and Wayne had spent much of his free time cooking. For four years it was nothing much more than talk. In 2007 they decided to make it a reality and set out on their journey. "Welcome to that journey. We hope you enjoy it as much as we are.
