Christmas Menu 2007

Starters Caramelised garlic onion bisque Butternut ravioli in lemon sage butter sauce Slow roasted belly pork with Chinese onion jam Main Course Mushroom pithivier with wild mushroom sauce Perl Las and parsnip roulade with sage and onion stuffing Daube of beef (all mains served with gratin dauphinoise, buttered carrots and sprouts) Dessert Christmas pudding souffle with vanilla ice cream Sticky toffee Christmas cake with brandy toffee sauce White chocolate cheesecake with berry compote

Please Note:

The garlic onion bisque, mushroom pithivier and sticky Christmas pudding can be made for vegans. We will substitute the dapinoise for pommes boulangere.
