15 November 2007 Starters Roasted red pepper soup with parsley pesto croutons. Cherry tomato and hazelnut frangipane tart with pear and parmesan salad. Main Course Arabian spiced lamb in yoghurt on pistachio cardamom rice. Mushroom bread pudding with dauphinoise potatoes and buttered carrots with a mushroom and chive sauce. Dessert Poached pears with lemon ice cream. White chocolate cheesecake and poached berries.
