. are fluent in English

. have relevant restaurant experience

. have the right to work in the UK

. are looking for a full-time position

We are NOT currently looking for kitchen staff, but if we were you should have:

. a degree or a commercial cookery qualification

. relevant work experience

. knowledge of vegetarian food,

not necessarily having worked in a vegetarian restaurant

. a genuine interest in food and the restaurant world

. the right to work in the UK
